Orders & Delivery

All communications will happen via e-mail. You’ll be constantly updated about the status of your order upon confirmation and you can track your package from there on till you receive it on hand.

If the total value of the order exceeds 10 BHD, you don’t have to pay a penny extra for shipping. For order values less than this, you will be charged a delivery fee of 1.500 fils. You’ll be updated about this in prior at your checkout page before you go about your payment.

We try our best to ensure that no goods get damaged during shipment. However, if you receive damaged goods, please accept the shipment first and then write to us at support@oesisgcc.com. Once we have received your complaint, we will take a look at the issue to arrange a return pick-up for the damaged item. We’ll then immediately replace it with a fresh one. 

You might be asked to show your email confirmation that carries the payment receipt which we send you after your order is placed with us just to be added sure that the package reaches the right hands of the customers.

The executive from the courier service will reach out to you again on the next day if you miss your order. You’ll also receive an email intimation of the same so that you don’t miss it again.

We hope to be always prompt with all our deliveries. If, however, there happens a rare occasion where your order is delayed, please keep an eye on your email notifications for the latest updates. We’ll update you about the rescheduled delivery dates continuously.

Cancellations & Returns/Exchanges

You can simply go to my account section of the Oesisgcc page and navigate to my orders’ section. You can select the order that you want to return to us and further proceed by filling in all the other details that we ask you.

 

Once this is done and a return request is raised, you will get an email confirmation of the same. Based on the item/items, your request may be either automatically approved or we might contact you again for more details. If the request is approved, the delivery agent will pick up the item and once we are through with the inspection, you will either get a replacement. You can always check the status of your return request from the My Orders section of your oesisgcc account.

You can raise a request for returning the item that you have purchased within 7 days of receiving the order.

 

Please also note that the following conditions must be met:

  • Items should be unused, along with the original tag.
  • The packaging should be just as new when you return to us

This usually includes products that require assembly or belong to the hygiene/personal care category. Please check the returns policy under each item when you place the order just to be added sure.

No, the items will not be accepted for returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy has passed.

Yes, under selective conditions, you may. You can return your product (if it meets the return policy) and get a refund and use that to buy a new product. However, it might take a few days for the refund to show in your account. 

Yes, you can raise an exchange request for different product sizes. You can go to the my orders section of your account and request a replacement with your desired product size. Our delivery agent will collect the original items in a day or two and deliver the items you want in exchange as soon as possible

Refunds

If you justify your return with proper reasoning, you’ll get your complete money back and we’ll transfer it to you through the bank account of your choice. If in case your returned package is found to be damaged or not in original condition, you might not be eligible for a refund.

No, your VAT won’t be refunded to you.

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund as long as the items are unused and in brand new condition. You can choose the form of your returns and we do it either by bank transfers of your money or by giving you credit notes that you use for your next purchase with us. Credit notes will be transferred instantly as you raise a request with us and cash returns to your bank account might take up to 10 to 15 days for reflection.

 

If the order was a cash-on-delivery order, we will issue a refund to your Oesisgcc wallet which you can use to place a new order. Alternatively, you can also transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us and sharing your bank details.

It’s relatively simple. You can navigate to my account section on the Oesisgcc website, click on the order that you’re looking to cancel, and request for cancellation there. This is valid only till the order remains in a processing stage. If your order has been dispatched meanwhile, you’ll have to receive it first and request for a return/refund after.

COVID-19 Updates

We take all the necessary safety precautions to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience with us during this pandemic. We adhere to Bahrain’s health authority guidelines from the time of getting your shipment ready to the final delivery process and limit the interactions of germs as much as possible thus preventing their transmission

The tentative date that we provide you with after you place your order with us is more or less accurate and you’ll receive your item by then unless and until there is an unforeseen circumstance in place.

Yes. All orders are currently being shipped as usual. Although since the volume of the orders that we receive is a little high on a few days and calls for delays sometimes.

Your safety is very important to us. We are taking all precautionary measures including: 

 

  • Temperature checks for all delivery agents, warehouse staff, and employees.
  • Mandatory sanitizing protocols for the drivers and agents to wash their hands before and after all deliveries
  • Daily disinfection of all our locations, including warehouse, studio & offices

We are closely working with all our service providers to ensure you get your orders on time, but, due to restrictions in certain areas, there might be a slight delay in some of your orders. If in case this happens, we’ll keep you completely updated with all the details of the next delivery date via email or SMS confirmations.

Every shipment from us is UV sanitized at different phase before they reach your hands to ensure that we do not compromise on the safety aspects of things.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and BenefitPay as modes of payment. 

Cash on Delivery availability depends on factors like the delivery Pincode, type of products, and their availability. We’d strongly recommend that you enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available at your location and make your purchase accordingly.

Yes, the final amount you see at checkout is inclusive of VAT, which implies you don’t have to pay anything additional. Your delivery charge or Cash on Delivery charge, if any, will also include VAT

Your money is safe with us. Don’t worry. Simply write us a mail and attach your payment screenshots for our reference. Our team will quickly get back to you on how to proceed next!

You can return your order by simply writing to us over an email. Also, attach you bank details to which you’d like your refund processed and we’ll make it happen for you!

Please wait before retrying your payment again. Ideally, the money debited should auto reflect on your account within a few minutes if it hasn’t been processed to our end. Even if-else, you can simply write us a mail and we’ll process your order manually from our side.
